Balance Beauty Spa requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. However, you will not be charged anything until checkout after your service is completed unless the cancellation policy is broken. You may also opt to use another form of payment at the time of checkout if preferred.

CANCELATION POLICY:

​Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that "no-shows" and late cancelations are an inconvenience to both our professionals and turned-away clients. When late cancelations and no-shows happen, our professionals miss out on the possibility of filling the appointment time, their expected income, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services. We do our best to highly value your time in order to give you the best spa experience. Our time is also valuable and we thank you for respecting that. When possible, please cancel your appointment at least one week in advance to allow ample time for another guest to fill your appointment spot. Thank you!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason we request you let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid cancelation fees. Any reschedule/cancelation made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment time, may result in a charge up to 50% of the treatment(s) price. Reschedules/Cancelations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may result in a charge up to 100% of the treatment(s) price. Appointments must be canceled with a call, text or email; cancelations via a social media platform cannot be accepted.

LATE/NO-SHOWS - If you do not show up for your appointment within 10 minutes of your reserved appointment time, we will consider that a "no-show.” You may be charged up to 100% of your treatment(s) costs and will need to reschedule your appointment. If for some reason we are still able to fit in your appointment, your service may be shortened and you will still be charged your full treatment(s) price. Clients who no-show without a phone call may be barred from booking future appointments.

*Exception* We understand that life happens, and, at Balance Beauty Spa’s sole discretion, guests may receive one "free pass" based on the situation and their past kept appointments. This "free pass" is not extended to new guests.
